At the Playground- on the go workout for moms and busy bodies!

My fam’s park attendance has increased by about 200% in the past couple of weeks! I sometimes can’t find a whole hour to do a workout or even a dedicated 30 minutes but I can always find 3-5 mins to squeeze stuff in. While the kids run around I do little circuits of these!

The items I’ve included here are MaZi Dance Fitness favorites and all you need are fixtures that are typically at any public park! Try to do a circuit of each, chase the kids around for a bit and repeat for a FULL body workout.

Hamstring & Glutework- These tiered stairs are usually everywhere. You can really get a burn going, repeat 3-4 sets of 8 of each exercise. Keep your abs in and up, shoulders down, and stretch and bend your legs fully.

Corework-There’s always monkey bars at the park! Try doing 3-4 sets of 8 of these! Try to keep shoulders down, energy in your toes, and breathe.

 

Tricep dips with thigh work- Adjust the height so that you can keep your shoulders down! Do 3-4 sets of 8 of each move!
