One of my favorite songs growing up was November Rain, is that weird?! The video impressed me and I loved Slash standing in the middle of the desert with his legs splayed playing the guitar in the tumbleweeds. Not to mention, I wanted Stephanie Seymour’s wedding dress for my future wedding! In addition to the help of the dramatic visuals of the video, the song is so tender and angry, which I could relate to during this emotional time of the year.

November is the beginning of the end (Winter’s coming!) and we start getting CRAZY busy with parties, shopping and travel. For the past 5 years, it has also meant that MaZi Dance Chicago, our dance team, puts on a show at a local theater! It’s super exciting and also super exhausting and many days I don’t get a proper workout in, which leads to more fatigue and stress for me.

Core & Butt Workout

During these days and many days going forward during the holiday season, it’s really hard to get my workout in. Is it for you too? Here is a quick core and butt workout that you can do at home with or without a Theraband. Activate your core, strengthen your glutes and open up your chest!
