I’m usually a last minute person, including with sales! However, this year I’m gonna get on top of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020. It’s a great sale to get all the Pre-Fall, Fall and Winter basics at white hot sale prices. When it gets closer to the dates, I will share my short list but for now this is what to know.
Quick Tips for Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020
1. Make a budget and stick to it no matter what! Create a list focusing on items and categories you don’t have for Fall or didn’t get around to last year.
2. Wishlist items in the LIKEtoKNOW.it app now and check out as soon as the sale goes live. Be sure to follow me to shop my picks there too!
3. Order multiple sizes if you’re not sure! You can avoid sell outs and return what doesn’t fit.
4. Check out quickly – don’t leaves stuff in your cart for later. It will be gone!
5. Shoes & clothes sell out quicker than other categories like jewelry, men and kids.
During this sale, the most important thing for me is to keep in mind that just because I see an item on my feed a dozen times doesn’t mean I like it. It’s a total balance. That’s why I had to take a step back and really sit with these items I selected last week. And you should too, the only issue is that they will sell out. I tend to be bullish on ordering what I really want that are high sell-out risk and return things that don’t fit or that I got on a whim! Nordstrom has an amazing return policy, so take a few risks. 🙂
Pick what you like, what looks good on you, invest in pieces you don’t have. Dates of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020
The 2020 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale will start Wednesday, August 19 through Sunday, August 30. Keep in mind, depending on your Nordy Club access, you can shop the sale as early August 4 during the Early Access period. So if you’re close to Icon status, you may want to bump yourself up! Early Access enables Nordy Club members exclusive access to the sale before the sale is open to the general public. You can learn more about Nordy Club and cardholder benefits over on Nordstrom. Shopping starts at 9:30am ET / 6:30am PT for each day.
